iPandaSys uses AI to continuously fine-tune the existing HVAC system of the building, resulting in significant energy-saving effects. Our AI engine and proprietary process take you from passive to autonomous in three steps:



Step 1



Map existing systems and understand the thermal behavior of the building





No matter how unique your building habits and behaviors are, iPandaSys can match your existing infrastructure without the need for additional sensors or construction equipment. In less than three hours, iPandaSys securely connects to your building through one of three integration options. Then it starts to collect the data of your system and start the learning process of our AI engine.


Within 6-8weeks, iPandaSys will map the point names of your existing system to our standard nomenclature, enrich these variables with Haystack tags and create data sets for machine learning tools. While preparing the modeling data, our solution will learn the thermal behavior of each area in your building and start determine the optimization strategy for the unique configuration.




Step 2



Optimize the HVAC operation of the building in real time





After 6 to 8 weeks of carefully recording the behavior of the building, iPandaSys added an extra layer of intelligence by leveraging external information sources such as weather forecasts, utility fee structures, occupancy rates, and pollution levels.


Equipped with this data, iPandaSys's deep learning neural network can predict the future state of each area in the building with an accuracy of 99.6% and the optimization strategies required to reduce undesired temperature changes.


Our growing library of artificial intelligence algorithms then automatically re-optimize the building's HVAC system and its various components in real time by writing directly back to the controller.
